INVESTIMENTI 'TRANSIZIONE 4.0': RIATTIVATI I CODICI DEI TAX CREDIT


Con Decreto direttoriale del Ministero delle imprese e del made in Italy del 24 aprile 2024 sono stati definiti il contenuto e le modalità per l’invio dei modelli di comunicazione riguardanti l'ammontare complessivo degli investimenti “Transizione 4.0”, che le imprese intendono effettuare ai fini dei relativi crediti di imposta. Con la Risoluzione n. 25/E del 15 maggio l'Agenzia delle Entrate chiarisce che le imprese che hanno validamente inviato la suddetta comunicazione possono utilizzare in compensazione i crediti d’imposta per investimenti in beni strumentali nuovi e per investimenti in attività di ricerca e sviluppo, innovazione tecnologica e design e ideazione estetica, indicando nel modello F24 i codici tributo segnalati nella Risoluzione della stessa Agenzia n. 19/E del 12 aprile 2024 e, come “anno di riferimento”, l’anno di completamento dell’investimento agevolato riportato nella comunicazione stessa. Nel caso in cui i crediti utilizzati in compensazione non trovino riscontro nei dati delle comunicazioni trasmessi dal Ministero delle imprese e del made in Italy all’Agenzia delle Entrate, i relativi modelli F24 saranno scartati. Si ricorda che i codici tributo indicati nella Risoluzione n. 19/E del 12 aprile (codici tributo 6936, 6937, 6938, 6939 e 6940) erano stati sospesi in base a quanto previsto dal Dl n. 39/2024.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
