SPESE PER CURE TERMALI DETRAIBILI, MA SERVE LA PRESCRIZIONE DEL MEDICO


Si possono portare in detrazione le spese effettuate per cure termali.Questo tipo di spese, infatti, rientrano tra le spese sanitarie detraibili nella misura del 19% (limitatamente all’ammontare che eccede complessivamente l’importo di 129,11 euro) ma richiedono la presenza di una prescrizione medica che dimostri il collegamento tra la prestazione e la patologia.Non possono essere detratte, invece, le spese relative al viaggio e al soggiorno termale. Lo ricorda l'Agenzia delle Entrate, con una risposta fornita sulla rivista telematica FiscoOggi. Per richiedere l’agevolazione è necessario avere, e quindi conservare, la ricevuta del ticket, se la prestazione è resa nell’ambito del Servizio sanitario nazionale, la prescrizione medicae la ricevuta attestante l’importo della spesa sostenuta, se le cure sono rese direttamente dalla struttura termale.Se le prestazioni non sono rese da strutture pubbliche o private accreditate al Servizio sanitario nazionale, occorre utilizzare sistemi di pagamento “tracciabili”.
