FALSE COMUNICAZIONI SU RIMBORSI FISCALI: L'AGENZIA ENTRATE ALLERTA I CONTRIBUENTI


E' in atto l'ennesima campagna di phishing, ai danni dei contribuenti, che sfrutta il tema dei rimborsi fiscali per ottenere informazioni personali delle vittime.A comunicarlo l'Agenzia delle Entrate con avviso del 9 aprile. Le comunicazioni e-mail, in particolare, hanno come mittente un indirizzo estraneo all’Agenzia delle Entrate, e come oggetto “Rimborso fiscale ITXXXXXXXXXX”.Nel corpo del messaggio è presente il riferimento ad un fantomatico rimborso fiscale di importo variabile e casuale, oltre ad un link “Accedi al modulo web di rimborso”, che rimanda ad un portale contraffatto.Nel testo, caratterizzato da un senso d’urgenza generale, sono inoltre presenti errori grammaticali, di punteggiatura ed omissioni. Cliccando sul link presente nel corpo dell’e-mail si viene indirizzati ad un falso modulo di rimborso elettronico, che sfruttando in parte l’aspetto del portale dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, cerca di ingannare gli utenti invogliandoli ad inserire i propri dati personali. L'Agenzia delle Entrate, nel dichiarasi totalmente estranea a questo tipo di messaggi, raccomanda ai cittadini di prestare la massima attenzione in caso di ricezione di questo tipo di email. Raccomanda inoltre di non cliccare sui link in esse presenti, di non scaricare, aprire e compilare eventuali allegati, di non fornire credenziali d’accesso, dati personali e le coordinate bancarie in occasione di eventuali telefonate legate a questo tipo di fenomeni e di non ricontattare assolutamente il mittente di eventuali comunicazioni. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
