REDDITI 2024: IL MEF APPROVA L'AGGIORNAMENTO DI 88 ISA


Con il Decreto del Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze del 18 marzo 2024, in corso di pubblicazione in Gazzetta Ufficiale, vengono revisionati 88 indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale (ISA) che gli interessati potranno utilizzare già dalla nella dichiarazione dei redditi 2024, periodo di imposta 2023, al fine di ottenere il giudizio di affidabilità fiscale correlato ai benefici premiali previsti dal comma 11 dell’articolo 9-bis del DL n. 50/2017. I 175 modelli per la comunicazione dei dati rilevanti ai fini dell’applicazione degli ISA, da utilizzare per il periodo di imposta 2023, erano stati approvati dall'Agenzia delle Entrate con Provvedimento n. 68629 del 28 febbraio 2024. Gli 88 Isa revisionati rappresentano le evoluzioni di altrettanti indici già approvati con decreto MEF del 21 marzo 2022 e sono stati esaminati dalla Commissione degli esperti nella seduta del giorno 22 febbraio 2022. DI questi, 31 riguardano le attività del commercio, 18 le attività professionali, 24 sono relativi all’area dei servizi e 15 relativi al comparto delle manifatture. Fonte: https://www.fiscooggi.it

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
