TEMPO FINO AL 18 MARZO PER GLI INVII DELLA CERTIFICAZIONE UNICA 2024


Con Provvedimento n. 8253 del 15 gennaio l’Agenzia Entrate ha approvato il modello ("ordinario" e "sintetico") della Certificazione Unica – CU 2024, relativa all'anno 2023, insieme alle istruzioni per la compilazione, oltre al frontespizio per la trasmissione telematica e il quadro CT con le relative istruzioni. Si ricorda che entro lunedì 18 marzo (la scadenza ordinaria del 16 marzo cadeva di sabato) i sostituti d’imposta dovranno: trasmettere telematicamente all'Agenzia Entrate la Certificazione Unica 2024 (modello "ordinario"), per attestare i redditi di lavoro dipendente e assimilati, i redditi di lavoro autonomo, provvigioni e redditi diversi, i corrispettivi derivanti dai contratti di locazioni brevi; consegnara la Certificazione Unica 2024 (modello "sintetico") ai precettori delle somme in essa attestate. La trasmissione telematica delle certificazioni uniche contenenti esclusivamente redditi esenti o non dichiarabili mediante la dichiarazione dei redditi precompilata, può aspettare invece fino al 31 ottobre 2024, termine di presentazione della dichiarazione dei sostituti d’imposta. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
