'DECONTRIBUZIONE SUD' PROROGATA FINO AL 30 GIUGNO 2024


La Commissione Europea, nella giornata del 20 novembre scorso, ha deciso di prorogare di 6 mesi, e quindi fino al 30 giugno 2024, le regole straordinarie sugli aiuti di stato del "Temporary Framework Ucraina".La proroga incide anche sulla Decontribuzione Sud, che viene quindi prorogata anch'essa allo stesso termine. A oggi la fruizione dell’agevolazione è stata infatti autorizzata dalla Commissione europea fino al 31 dicembre 2023.La scelta, ha sottolineato il Ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, Marina Calderone, apre a una procedura più rapida e semplificata per la “richiesta del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali di autorizzare l’estensione della durata dell’esonero contributivo per sostenere le imprese dell’Italia Meridionale. L’agevolazione, introdotta dalla legge n. 178 del 2020 (Legge di Bilancio 2021) prevede, con riferimento ai rapporti di lavoro dipendente, un esonero contributivo del 30% in favore dei datori di lavoro privati con sede in una delle Regioni del Sud”.  Fonte: https://www.lavoro.gov.it

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
