'DECONTRIBUZIONE SUD' ESCLUSA DALLA DETASSAZIONE DEL DL RISTORI


La misura agevolativa "Decontribuzione Sud" determina l'esclusione dal perimetro applicativo dell'articolo 10­bis del decreto "Ristori", introdotto in favore dei soggetti beneficiari dei contributi e delle indennità erogati in via eccezionale a seguito dell'emergenza da Covid-19. Come chiarito dall'Agenzia delle Entrate nella Risposta n. 458 del 10 novembre, l'esonero contributivo concesso alle imprese si traduce, di fatto, in una generale e parziale riduzione dell'aliquota contributiva datoriale, con il conseguente effetto di non determinare i corrispondenti costi per contributi previdenziali a carico dei datori di lavoro. In tal caso, quindi, non trova applicazione la detassazione Covid di cui all'articolo 10­bis citato in quanto, altrimenti, si assisterebbe ad un'amplificazione del beneficio concesso con l'esonero contributivo in esame, con l'effetto di incidere anche sui plafond previsti dalla disciplina sugli aiuti di Stato contenuta nel framework temporaneo COVID19.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
