SISMA ITALIA CENTRALE E INCENTIVI PER LA RICOSTRUZIONE: ONLINE LA GUIDA AGGIORNATA DELL'AGENZIA ENTRATE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato la guida aggiornata sul contributo per gli interventi di riparazione degli edifici danneggiati dal sisma del 2016/2017, con le indicazioni operative utili alla luce delle ultime modifiche normative. La guida "Ricostruzione post sisma Italia centrale e Superbonus 110%" è rivolta a cittadini, professionisti ed operatori economici e contiene informazioni utili e aggiornate sulle opportunità offerte dalle norme, con particolare riferimento all’uso combinato del Superbonus e degli altri incentivi fiscali con il contributo per la riparazione degli edifici danneggiati. Come noto, infatti, a seguito delle modifiche normative apportate alla disciplina della detrazione prevista dall’articolo 119 del Decreto "Rilancio" (cd. Superbonus), le spese sostenute per la ricostruzione degli edifici privati delle regioni Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche e Umbria colpite dal sisma del 2016, possono beneficiare fino al 2025, in aggiunta al “contributo sisma”, anche del Superbonus nella misura del 110%, con la possibilità di optare per le modalità alternative di fruizione della detrazione con lo sconto in fattura o la cessione del credito d’imposta.
