DISPONIBILE PER UN MESE, DAL 15 NOVEMBRE, IL SERVIZIO ANAGRAFICO MASSIVO DI VERIFICA DEI CODICI FISCALI


L'Agenzia delle Entrate comunica della disponibilità sul proprio portale del Servizio Anagrafico Massivo-SM1.02, riservato a imprese bancarie e assicurative, altri operatori finanziari, gestori di utenze, gestori di fondi integrativi del servizio sanitario nazionale, e che permette, per un dato elenco di soggetti: la verifica dell’esistenza del codice fiscale e della corrispondenza con i dati anagrafici presenti in Anagrafe Tributaria l’acquisizione delle corrette informazioni ove mancanti.  Il servizio, disponibile dal 15 novembre al 15 dicembre 2023, è erogato via PEC mediante il SID al quale l’ente deve essere accreditato. L’infrastruttura SID permette, per gli enti caratterizzati da particolare complessità organizzativa e numerosità dei clienti, anche il colloquio automatizzato tra sistemi mediante scambio di file in modalità FTP su rete privata virtuale (VPN). Sono due le modalità alternative di interrogazione che il Servizio Anagrafico Massivo utilizza per l’individuazione del soggetto per codice fiscale o per dati anagrafici: tramite codice fiscale: si ottengono le informazioni anagrafiche che corrispondono al soggetto identificato univocamente a partire dal codice fiscale interrogato; tramite dati anagrafici: il sistema procede, comunque, ad una preventiva ricostruzione del codice fiscale univocamente associato all’anagrafica fornita e restituisce il codice fiscale e l’anagrafica completa (Cognome, Nome, Sesso, Data di Nascita, Comune e Provincia di Nascita) del soggetto interrogato. Possono accedere al servizio solo i soggetti che abbiano inviato all’Agenzia delle Entrate le comunicazioni obbligatorie per l’anno precedente la richiesta di verifica. Maggiori informazioni. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
