PUBBLICATI GLI ELENCHI SPLIT PAYMENT PER L?"ANNO 2024


Il Dipartimento delle Finanze ha pubblicato, nell’apposita sezione del sito, gli elenchi per il 2024, aggiornati al 20 ottobre 2023, dei soggetti tenuti all’applicazione della scissione dei pagamenti – split payment (di cui all’art. 1 c. 629 lett. b) L. 190/2014). Si tratta degli elenchi di: – società controllate di fatto dalla Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri e dai Ministeri;– enti o società controllate dalle Amministrazioni Centrali;– enti o società controllate dalle Amministrazioni Locali;– enti o società controllate dagli Enti Nazionali di Previdenza e Assistenza;– enti, fondazioni o società partecipate per una percentuale complessiva del capitale non inferiore al 70%, dalle Amministrazioni Pubbliche;– società quotate inserite nell’indice FTSE MIB della Borsa italiana. È possibile effettuare la ricerca delle società indicate nei suddetti sei elenchi disponibili, tramite codice fiscale o denominazione. I soggetti interessati possono segnalare eventuali mancate o errate inclusioni negli elenchi, in conformità con quanto disposto dalla normativa di riferimento, fornendo idonea documentazione mediante l’apposito modulo di richiesta presente sul sito MEF, al quale è obbligatorio allegare la visura camerale. Si ricorda in merito che il meccanismo dello split payment prevede che, in deroga alle regole ordinarie, per gli acquisti di beni e servizi effettuati dalle pubbliche amministrazioni l’IVA addebitata dal fornitore nelle relative fatture debba essere versata dall’Amministrazione acquirente direttamente all’erario anziché al fornitore stesso, scindendo, in tal modo, il pagamento del corrispettivo dal pagamento della relativa imposta. In caso di fattura elettronica, l’applicazione dello split payment va segnalato riportando il valore “S” nel campo “Esigibilità Iva”. L’Unione Europea ha rinnovato l’autorizzazione alla disciplina della scissione dei pagamenti fino al 30 giugno 2026, escludendo, tuttavia, dal 1° luglio 2025, le società quotate nell’indice Ftse Mib della Borsa Italiana identificate ai fini IVA.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
