IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE IL COLLEGATO FISCALE ALLA MANOVRA 2024: LE MISURE PER ENTI TERRITORIALI, REGIONI E PROVINCE AUTONOME


E' stato pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 244 del 18 ottobre il Decreto Legge n. 145, collegato alla manovra finanziaria 2024, che introduce misure urgenti in materia economica e fiscale, in favore degli enti territoriali, a tutela del lavoro e per esigenze indifferibili. Tra le misure in favore degli enti territoriali, l'incremento di 500 milioni di euro per il 2023, della dotazione del Fondo destinato all’erogazione del contributo straordinario riconosciuto agli enti locali al fine di garantire la continuità dei servizi erogati. Incrementato, con 35 milioni di euro per l’anno 2023, anche il fondo finalizzato a riconoscere il buono da utilizzare per l’acquisto di abbonamenti per i servizi di trasporto pubblico locale, regionale e interregionale ovvero per i servizi di trasporto ferroviario nazionale.  Tra le disposizioni in favore delle Regioni e delle Province autonome di Trento e Bolzano, viene introdotta la possibilità, per le regioni che risultano in squilibrio economico, di destinare il gettito derivante dalla massimizzazione delle maggiorazioni dell’aliquota dell’imposta regionale sulle attività produttive e dell’addizionale regionale all’IRPEF, ove scattate automaticamente, a copertura del disavanzo di amministrazione diverso da quello sanitario. Chiarito inoltre il ruolo di holding svolto dalle regioni rispetto agli enti sanitari, stabilendo che le stesse determinano il finanziamento degli enti sanitari, assegnando le relative quote con uno o anche più atti (ove necessario), potendo rimodulare il finanziamento disponibile fra gli enti sanitari stessi, allo scopo di favorirne l’equilibrio di bilancio, in una prospettiva di equilibrio di bilancio consolidato.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
