RINVIO VERSAMENTO SECONDA RATA DI ACCONTO DELLE IMPOSTE DIRETTE PER I TITOLARI DI PARTITA IVA


Nella seduta n. 54 del 16 ottobre il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato un decreto-legge che introduce misure urgenti in materia economica e fiscale, in favore degli enti territoriali, a tutela del lavoro e per esigenze indifferibili. Tra le misure principali si prevede il rinvio del versamento della seconda rata di acconto delle imposte dirette.Per il solo anno 2023 si prevede, per le persone fisiche titolari di partita Iva che nel periodo d’imposta precedente dichiarano ricavi o compensi di ammontare non superiore a 170 mila euro, il versamento del secondo acconto delle imposte sui redditi, con esclusione dei contributi previdenziali, entro il 16 gennaio dell’anno successivo a quello di riferimento, senza interessi. Il versamento può essere dilazionato fino a 5 rate mensili, da gennaio a maggio, con scadenza il giorno 16 di ciascun mese, con applicazione, in tal caso, degli interessi, a partire dalla seconda rata.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
