Antiriciclaggio: UIF, dati statistici del I semestre 2023

Nel periodo in esame la UIF ha ricevuto 77.693 segnalazioni di operazioni sospette, in aumento del 4,7 per cento rispetto a quelle pervenute nel primo semestre del 2022, seppur in calo rispetto al picco registrato nel semestre precedente (-4,4 per cento). Il principale apporto segnaletico è stato fornito dalla categoria banche e Poste, che ha inviato più della metà delle segnalazioni ricevute (54,5 per cento), anche se in calo di oltre 3 punti percentuali rispetto allo stesso semestre dell'anno precedente. In aumento il contributo degli Istituti di moneta elettronica (14,3 per cento del totale), dei prestatori di servizi di gioco (8,1 per cento) e dei notai e Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato (4,6 per cento). Nel periodo in esame l'Unità ha complessivamente analizzato e trasmesso agli Organi investigativi 78.219 segnalazioni, in aumento del 7,7 per cento rispetto al primo semestre del 2022; l'Unità ha inoltre valutato 89 istanze di sospensione, 14 delle quali con esito positivo (15,7 per cento del totale), per un valore complessivo di 3,2 milioni di euro. Le segnalazioni antiriciclaggio aggregate (dati SARA) registrano, per la prima volta a partire dal secondo semestre 2020, una contrazione degli importi complessivi dei versamenti e dei prelievi (rispettivamente -2,7 per cento e -2,8 per cento rispetto al semestre precedente). La diminuzione degli importi è influenzata principalmente dai settori primario e secondario della produzione, nonché dai servizi al di fuori del commercio. La UIF ha avviato 11 accertamenti ispettivi nei confronti di diverse tipologie di operatori, appartenenti anche al comparto non finanziario. Sono stati effettuati, inoltre, accertamenti cartolari su diverse tematiche che hanno interessato complessivamente 12 soggetti obbligati. Nel primo semestre 2023 l'Autorità giudiziaria ha inviato alla UIF 190 richieste di informazioni e ha ricevuto dall'Unità 416 note di risposta, in linea di continuità con gli scambi informativi del primo semestre dello scorso anno. Per quanto concerne lo scambio di informazioni con le FIU estere, le richieste inoltrate dalla UIF hanno fatto registrare un incremento del 10 per cento rispetto al semestre precedente, mentre si registra un lieve calo nel numero delle richieste ricevute. A maggio la UIF ha emanato i nuovi indicatori di anomalia per agevolare l'intera platea dei soggetti obbligati nell'individuazione delle operazioni sospette. Visualizza il quaderno dell’UIF
