XBRL - DISMESSE LE VECCHIE TASSONOMIE - FISSATE LE REGOLE PER L'UTILIZZO DELLE TASSONOMIE ATTIVE


Sul sito istituzionale di XBRL Italia, nella sezione Tassonomie, è stato pubblicato un comunicato nel quale si rende noto che, al fine di semplificare l'utilizzo delle tassonomie in essere, alcune vecchie tassonomie sono state dismesse. Da sei a due tassonomie: 2017-07-06 per i conti post D.Lgs n. 139/2015; 2015-12-14 per il precedenti. Al fine di semplificare la vita ai professionisti alle prese con i conti annuali e consolidati redatti secondo le disposizioni civilistiche, XBRL Italia e l'Osservatorio CNDCEC - Unioncamere hanno deciso di dismettere subito tre vecchie tassonomie (2009-02-16; 2011-01-04; 2014-11-17) e a prevedere, nel 2019, la dismissione di quella usata nella scorsa campagna bilanci (2016-11-14). Per i conti annuali e consolidati soggetti alle nuove regole contabili e civilistiche introdotte dal D.Lgs. n. 139 del 18 agosto 2015 (in vigore dal 1° gennaio 2016), a partire dal 1° marzo 2018 le uniche alternative possibili rispetto alle vecchie tassonomie XBRL sono: utilizzare la versione della nuova tassonomia 2017-07-06, in vigore da gennaio 2018 per i bilanci chiusi dal 31 dicembre 2017; utilizzare la vecchia tassonomia 2016-11-14 (la quale potrà essere utilizzata fino al 31 dicembre 2018), per i bilanci chiusi prima del 31 dicembre 2017. Tutti i bilanci relativi ad esercizi con inizio in data anteriore al 1° gennaio 2016 (ante D.Lgs n. 139/2015) potranno avvalersi della tassonomia 2015-12-14 che sarà mantenuta in vigore per assicurarne la coerenza alla normativa. Nella tabella che segue viene indicata la tassonomia valida per l'esercizio di riferimento in funzione della data di inizio e fine (esercizio): Esercizio di riferimento Tassonomia valida A. Inizio esercizio 1° gennaio 2016 o successivo: 2017-07-06   1. Chiusura esercizio 31 dicembre 2017 o successiva 2016-11-14; 2017-07-06   2. Chiusura esercizio prima del 31 dicembre 2017 2015-12-14 o successive B. Inizio esercizio antecedente al 1° gennaio 2016: Ricordiamo che la nuova tassonomia è in corso di pubblicazione sul sito dell'Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
