DECRETO BOLLETTE IN VIGORE: CONTRIBUTO STRAORDINARIO PER ENERGIA ELETTRICA E GAS NATURALE


Dopo la pubblicazione sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 98 del 29 aprile, della Legge 24 aprile 2025, n. 60, di conversione con modificazioni del Dl n. 19/2025, il Decreto Bollette è entrato in vigore. In sede di conversione del provvedimento sono state aggiunte diverse disposizioni, anche di natura fiscale, tra cui misure in materia di energia per il sostegno di famiglie e imprese. L'articolo 1, c. 1, ad esempio, è relativo al contributo straordinario di 200 euro sulla fornitura di energia elettrica e gas naturale, destinato ai clienti domestici con un ISEE fino a 25.000 euro.Il contributo, riconosciuto nel limite delle risorse disponibili a qualsiasi titolo sul bilancio della Cassa per i servizi energetici e ambientali (Csea), si aggiunge alle agevolazioni già previste, come il bonus elettricità e gas ordinario, previsto per i nuclei familiari con valori dell?"Isee inferiore a 9.530 euro (o inferiore a 20.000 euro con almeno 4 figli a carico).   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
