CALL CENTER AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE: DAL 1 AGOSTO I NUOVI NUMERI VERDI GRATUITI


Sono attivi, già dal 1° agosto, i nuovi numeri verdi gratuiti dell'Agenzia delle Entrate. I contribuenti che volessero avere informazioni ed assistenza potranno quindi rivolgersi, senza costi, ai seguenti numeri: 800.90.96.96 per informazioni su questioni fiscali generali, sui rimborsi, sulle cartelle e sulle comunicazioni di irregolarità e per prenotare un appuntamento; 800.89.41.41 per ricevere assistenza sugli avvisi di accertamento parziale (articolo 41-bis) notificati ai proprietari di immobili affittati, per i quali sono state rilevate incongruità rispetto ai redditi dichiarati, e per informazioni sulle restanti lavorazioni gestite dal Centro Operativo di Pescara. Per questi numeri verdi il costo del traffico telefonico sarà interamente a carico dell'Agenzia, come conseguenza della legge annuale per il mercato e la concorrenza n. 124/2017. I contribuenti non dovranno quindi sostenere alcun costo per ricevere l'assistenza fiscale richiesta. E' comunque previsto un periodo di transizione, durante il quale sarà ancora possibile contattare l'Agenzia utilizzando i precedenti numeri, con tariffa urbana a tempo, che resteranno attivi fino alla fine dell'anno. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
