ANOMALIE DATI IVA 2021: IN ARRIVO LE COMUNICAZIONI DELLE ENTRATE


Sono in arrivo le comunicazioni dell'Agenzia entrate, finalizzate a favorire l’adempimento spontaneo dei contribuenti, che segnalano a quest'ultimi le eventuali differenze tra i dati fiscali delle fatture elettroniche, i dati dei corrispettivi giornalieri memorizzati elettronicamente e trasmessi telematicamente all stessa Agenzia Entrate e quelli indicati nella dichiarazione annuale Iva relativamente al periodo d’imposta 2021. Le comunicazioni sono inviate al domicilio digitale dei singoli contribuenti, e sono anche consultabili nel “Cassetto fiscale” e nell’interfaccia web “Fatture e Corrispettivi”. Con il Provvedimento del 15 luglio l'Agenzia delle Entrate stabilisce le modalità con le quali sono messe a disposizione del contribuente e della Guardia di Finanza le suddette informazioni, ai sensi di quanto previsto dalla Legge di Stabilità 2015. Questi elementi permettono al contribuente di porre rimedio agli eventuali errori o omissioni, mediante l’istituto del ravvedimento operoso, beneficiando quindi delle sanzioni in misura ridotta.Nel provvedimento sono inoltre indicate le modalità con le quali i contribuenti possono richiedere informazioni o comunicare all’Agenzia delle Entrate eventuali elementi, fatti e circostanze dalla stessa non conosciuti. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
