AIUTI DI STATO PERIODO D'IMPOSTA 2022: DALL?"AGENZIA ENTRATE LE ISTRUZIONI PER CORREGGERE ERRORI E ANOMALIE


Nuove istruzioni del Fisco per gestire le anomalie sugli aiuti di Stato 2022: focus su mancata registrazione nei registri e possibilità di regolarizzazione spontanea per i contribuenti. L'Agenzia delle Entrate fornisce le istruzioni per rimediare a eventuali errori o incoerenze sui dati dichiarati nel prospetto “Aiuti di Stato” delle dichiarazioni Redditi, Irap e 770 per il periodo di imposta 2022.In particolare, con il Provvedimento del 14 maggio 2026 l'Agenzia detta le modalità con le quali sono messe a disposizione del contribuente e della Guardia di Finanza le informazioni relative alla mancata registrazione nei registri RNA, SIAN e SIPA degli aiuti di Stato e degli aiuti in regime de minimis indicati nelle dichiarazioni REDDITI, IRAP e 770 relative al periodo di imposta 2022.I contribuenti interessati, si legge nel provvedimento, riceveranno una comunicazione che contiene i propri dati identificativi, gli estremi dell?"atto, le dichiarazioni presentate nel 2022 e i dati degli aiuti che non risultano registrati. L?"intervento si inserisce nel sistema di controllo previsto per gli aiuti fiscali "automatici" e "semi-automatici", che vengono registrati dall?"Agenzia nei registri nazionali sulla base dei dati dichiarati dai contribuenti nel prospetto “Aiuti di Stato”. In presenza di errori, incoerenze o anomalie che abbiano impedito la registrazione dell?"aiuto, il contribuente potrà regolarizzare spontaneamente la propria posizione secondo le modalità indicate nel provvedimento.L?"obiettivo è favorire la compliance e consentire ai soggetti interessati di correggere eventuali criticità prima dell?"avvio di ulteriori attività di controllo. Il provvedimento disciplina inoltre le modalità con cui i contribuenti possono fornire chiarimenti o segnalare elementi non conosciuti dall?"Amministrazione finanziaria.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
