NUOVO TERMINE DI SOSPENSIONE DEI PAGAMENTI DI CARTELLE E AVVISI: L'AGENZIA ENTRATE-RISCOSSIONE RISPONDE AI QUESITI


Il Decreto legge n. 129/2020, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 260 del 20 ottobre 2020, recante "Disposizioni urgenti in materia di riscossione esattoriale", ha differito al 31 dicembre 2020 il termine "finale" di sospensione dell'attività di riscossione, precedentemente fissato al 15 ottobre 2020 dal "Decreto Agosto". Sul sito internet dell'Agenzia Entrate-Riscossione sono state pubblicate le FAQ sulle i sulle nuove disposizioni introdotte. I pagamenti sospesi, in particolare, sono quelli in scadenza dall'8 marzo al 31 dicembre 2020. Per i soggetti con residenza, sede legale o la sede operativa nei comuni della c.d. "zona rossa" (allegato 1 del DPCM 1° marzo 2020), la sospensione decorre invece dal 21 febbraio 2020. Il nuovo termine di sospensione, chiarisce l'Agenzia, non riguarda le rate in scadenza nel 2020 della "Rottamazione-ter" e del "Saldo e stralcio", che che rimane quindi fissata al 10 dicembre 2020.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
