LE NOVITà FISCALI CONTENUTE NELLA LEGGE DI BILANCIO 2019: PRONTA LA CIRCOLARE "OMNIBUS" DELLE ENTRATE CON LE RISPOSTE AI DUBBI DEGLI OPERATORI


Con la Circolare n. 8/E del 10 aprile l'Agenzia delle Entrate risponde a dubbi e quesiti degli operatori sulle nuove misure fiscali della Legge di Bilancio 2019 per cittadini e imprese, tra cui le proroghe delle detrazioni fiscali per le spese di ristrutturazione edilizia, efficienza energetica e acquisto di mobili, la nuova disciplina dell'iper ammortamento e il Cloud computing, la definizione agevolata dei debiti tributari per i contribuenti in difficoltà economiche e il riporto delle perdite per i soggetti Irpef. Il documento illustra inoltre le novità su credito d'imposta ricerca e sviluppo, sugli incentivi per l'acquisto di veicoli elettrici e infrastrutture di ricarica e contiene anche un approfondimento sulla soglia di accesso all'interpello nuovi investimenti e sull'estensione del regime di adempimento collaborativo nel caso di società partecipanti a Gruppi Iva.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
