IL GOVERNO APPROVA MISURE PER IL CONTENIMENTO COSTI ENERGIA E GAS NATURALE PER IL TERZO TRIMESTRE 2022


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta n. 85 del 30 giugno 2022 ha approvato un decreto-legge che introduce misure urgenti per il contenimento dei costi dell’energia elettrica e del gas naturale per il terzo trimestre 2022 e per garantire la liquidità delle imprese che effettuano stoccaggio di gas naturale. In particolare, per ridurre gli effetti dell'aumento prezzi nel settore elettrico: sono annullate le aliquote relative agli oneri generali di sistema per le utenze domestiche e non domestiche in bassa tensione, oltre che per le utenze con potenza disponibile superiore a 16,5 kW (si tratta, in particolare, delle piccole utenze come per esempio negozi, piccole e medie imprese, attività artigianali, commerciali o professionali, capannoni e magazzini), o per usi di illuminazione pubblica o di ricariche pubbliche di veicoli elettrici; sono assoggettate all’Iva al 5% le somministrazioni di gas metano per usi civili e industriali e sono mantenute al livello del secondo trimestre le aliquote relative agli oneri generali di sistema per il gas naturale; è concesso al Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (GSE) un prestito di 4 miliardi, al fine di accelerare ulteriormente le operazioni di stoccaggio di gas naturale. Infine, viene previsto che le bollette in emissione conterranno l’avvertenza del diritto a fruire del bonus sociale elettrico e gas per coloro che rientrano nelle fasce Isee 8mila e 12mila euro, previa presentazione di richiesta Isee.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
