IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE IL DECRETO SULLE COMPENSAZIONI IVA PER LEGNO E LEGNA DA ARDERE


In Gazzetta Ufficiale (serie generale n. 275/2022) il Decreto del Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, di concerto con il Ministero delle politiche agricole, alimentari e forestali, con cui sono stabilite, per l'anno 2022, le percentuali di compensazione per la detrazione forfetizzata dell’Iva (art. 34 DPCR n. 633/1972) per la cessione dei prodotti agricoli.Il Decreto, in particolare, conferma anche per l'anno 2022 la  percentuale al 6,4% già prevista per gli anni 2020 e 2021, al fine di rispettare il limite massimo di spesa di 1 milione di euro annui derivanti dall'innalzamento delle percentuali di compensazione per il legno e la legna da ardere.Tale percentuale è così stabilita sia per la legna da ardere in tondelli, ceppi, ramaglie o fascine, cascami di legno compresa la segatura, che per il legno semplicemente squadrato, escluso il legno tropicale.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
