SPORT BONUS: ANTICIPATO AL 1 OTTOBRE IL TERMINE PER L'INVIO DELLE DOMANDE


Con avviso del 30 settembre 2022 il Dipartimento per lo sport della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri comunica l'apertura anticipata al 1° ottobre 2022, anziché al 15 ottobre, della seconda finestra 2022 per l'inoltro delle domande da parte delle imprese che vogliono usufruire del credito di imposta per le erogazioni liberali in denaro da effettuarsi in favore di impianti sportivi pubblici. Alla base della decisione l'esigenza di consentire alle imprese di utilizzare la prima quota annuale del credito di imposta richiesto entro l'anno in corso. Il credito d'imposta, ricordiamo, è stato istituito dalla Legge di bilancio 2019 in favore delle imprese che effettuano erogazioni liberali per interventi di manutenzione e restauro di impianti sportivi pubblici e per la realizzazione di nuove strutture sportive pubbliche ed è stato successivamente esteso anche al 2022. Il bonus è pari al 65% dell'importo erogato nel limite del 10 per mille dei ricavi 2021 e può essere utilizzato in tre quote annuali di pari importo.
