STABILITA LA MISURA DEL CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO DISCOTECHE E SALE DA BALLO


Con Provvedimento del 27 giugno 2022 l'Agenzia delle Entrate fissa la misura del contributo a fondo perduto riconosciuto ai titolari di discoteche e sale da ballo rimaste chiuse nel rispetto delle norme anti-contagio. L'importo spettante a ciascun operatore in possesso dei requisiti e che ha validamente presentato la domanda nel periodo 6-20 giugno 2022, è pari a 22,002 euro. A chi spetta il contributo Il contributo è destinato ai soggetti con partita Iva attivata prima della data di entrata in vigore del Dl n. 4/2022, quindi il 27 gennaio 2022, che, alla stessa data, svolgevano in modo prevalente attività di discoteche, sale da ballo, night-club e simili (codice Ateco 2007 “93.29.10”) ed erano chiuse per effetto delle disposizioni di contenimento dell’epidemia da Covid-19.  A ciascun operatore verrà riconosciuto il minore tra l’importo di 22.002 euro e l’ammontare residuo degli aiuti fruibili da ciascuna impresa sulla base dei dati indicati in istanza riguardo ai limiti previsti dalla sezione 3.1 del Temporary Framework.  La somma sarà accreditata direttamente sul conto corrente bancario o postale indicato nell’istanza.
