BONUS FACCIATE 90%: LAVORI TERMINABILI NEL 2022 SE IL PAGAMENTO AVVIENE ENTRO IL 31/12/2021


Nel corso del question time del 20 ottobre, in Commissione finanze alla Camera, è stata fornita risposto ad un’interrogazione (n. 5-06751), sulla possibilità di usufruire della detrazione relativa al “Bonus facciate” che attualmente sembrerebbe non rinnovabile oltre il 31 dicembre 2021. L’interrogazione in particolare verteva sulla possibilità di fruire del Bonus facciate a seguito dell’emissione della fattura a saldo da parte della ditta, con il pagamento del corrispondente 10% che residua dopo l’applicazione dello sconto in fattura, entro il 31 dicembre 2021, indipendentemente dallo stato di avanzamento dei lavori. la risposta ha chiarito che, nel caso in cui il contribuente riceva la fattura entro il 31/12/2021 e proceda al pagamento entro la medesima data del 10% al netto dello sconto in fattura del 90% ed esegua gli adempimenti richiesti (quindi opzione entro il 16/3/2022), lo stesso potrà beneficiare della detrazione anche se i lavori termineranno successivamente al 31 dicembre 2021. Se i lavori non dovessero poi essere eseguiti il contribuente subirà però il recupero della detrazione, con aggravio e interessi, con la responsabilità solidale in capo al fornitore che ha applicato lo sconto.
