ENTRO IL 30 GIUGNO LA DICHIARAZIONE IMU PER L'ANNO D'IMPOSTA 2020. CHIARIMENTI SU ESENZIONI PER EMERGENZA COVID-19


L'art. 1, comma 769 della Legge 27 dicembre 2019 n. 160, ha disposto il nuovo termine di presentazione della dichiarazione IMU entro il 30 giugno dell'anno successivo a quello in cui il possesso degli immobili ha avuto inizio o sono intervenute variazioni rilevanti ai fini della determinazione dell'imposta. Dunque, la dichiarazione IMU per l'anno d'imposta 2020 dovrà essere presentata o trasmessa telematicamente entro il 30 giugno 2021. Sul sito internet del MEF (Dipartimento delle Finanze) sono stati pubblicati alcuni chiarimenti in merito agli adempimenti dichiarativi IMU in caso di esenzioni previste in relazione all'emergenza epidemiologica da Covid-19 e al calcolo dell'imposta dovuta per la prima rata.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
