AGGIORNATE LE "LINEE GUIDA PER LA RIPRESA DELLE ATTIVITà ECONOMICHE E SOCIALI"


Il 28 maggio scorso la Conferenza Stato Regioni ha pubblicato l'aggiornamento delle Linee guida per la ripresa delle attività economiche e sociali, che tengono conto delle disposizioni del decreto-legge n. 52 del 22 aprile 2021, del decreto-legge n. 65 del 18 maggio 2021 e sono adottate ai sensi dell'articolo 1, comma 14, del decreto-legge n. 33 del 16 maggio 2020. Rispetto alle precedenti Linee guida, per le attuali è stata mantenuta l'impostazione generale, mentre gli indirizzi in esse contenuti sono stati integrati con alcuni nuovi elementi conoscitivi, legati all'evoluzione dello scenario epidemiologico e delle misure di prevenzione adottate, anche in un'ottica di semplificazione.  In particolare, nel documento vengono sottolineate le misure di prevenzione sicuramente efficaci, in luogo di misure che, pur diffusamente adottate, non aggiungono elementi di maggiore sicurezza. Sempre in un'ottica di semplificazione, nella nuova versione vengono inoltre accorpati molteplici settori economici e ricreativi in macro-aree, affini per profilo di rischio o per attività: RISTORAZIONE E CERIMONIE; ATTIVITÀ TURISTICHE E RICETTIVE; CINEMA E SPETTACOLI DAL VIVO; PISCINE TERMALI E CENTRI BENESSERE; SERVIZI ALLA PERSONA; COMMERCIO; MUSEI, ARCHIVI, BIBLIOTECHE E LUOGHI DELLA CULTURA; PARCHI TEMATICI E DI DIVERTIMENTO; CIRCOLI CULTURALI E RICREATIVI; CONGRESSI E GRANDI EVENTI FIERISTICI; SALE GIOCHI, SALE SCOMMESSE, SALE BINGO E CASINO'; SAGRE E FIERE LOCALI; CORSI DI FORMAZIONE. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
