AUMENTANO PREMI DELLA LOTTERIA DEGLI SCONTRINI


Aumentano i premi della lotteria degli scontrini per acquirenti ed esercenti.  Lo segnala l'Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli, con la Determinazione interdirettoriale del 28 maggio 2021. Gli ulteriori premi si aggiungono a quelli già stabiliti dall’articolo 9 della determinazione interdirettoriale del Direttore Generale dell’Agenzia delle dogane e dei monopoli e del Direttore dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, del 5 marzo 2020, n. 80217/RU come modificata dalla successiva determinazione del 29 gennaio 2021 n. 32051. L’ammontare complessivo degli ulteriori premi è pari a 11.100.000 euro, da assegnare durante le previste estrazioni settimanali. In particolare, sono stabiliti n. 25 premi settimanali aggiuntivi pari a 10.000 euro cadauno per gli acquirenti e n. 25 premi settimanali aggiuntivi pari a 2.000 euro cadauno per gli esercenti. Inoltre, in aggiunta a quanto già previsto, per ciascuna delle estrazioni settimanali del 12 agosto 2021 e del 30 dicembre 2021 è prevista l’assegnazione di n. 5 Maxi Premi di 150.000 euro cadauno per gli acquirenti e n. 5 Maxi Premi di 30.000 euro cadauno per gli esercenti. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
