ANC: ESTENDERE IL PRINCIPIO DELL'EQUO COMPENSO NON SOLO ALLE GRANDI ORGANIZZAZIONI


Con Comunicato Stampa del 22 aprile 2021 l'Associazione Nazionale Commercialisti (ANC) dichiara di condividere e sostenere l'appello lanciato dal CNDCEC, affinché, in occasione della ripresa dell'esame da parte della Commissione Giustizia della Camera delle proposte di legge sul tema dell'equo compenso, si estenda il principio a qualsiasi soggetto contraente e non solamente alle grandi organizzazioni, come prevede la norma attuale. "È un'occasione che non possiamo sprecare, quella di ristabilire un principio di dignità che consenta ai colleghi di fornire prestazioni adeguate senza dover correre dietro ad una concorrenza al ribasso, che purtroppo le attuali condizioni economiche del Paese favoriscono" dichiara il Presidente ANC Marco Cuchel "E non si tratta solamente di uniformarsi a quanto la Costituzione e il codice civile prevedono in materia di adeguatezza dei compensi, il tema è anche quello di offrire strumenti normativi solidi per contrastare la pratica, da parte dei cosiddetti "contraenti forti" (banche, aziende partecipate, enti pubblici), di aggirare  le regole che ad oggi impongono solo a loro di rispettare il principio in parola. ANC è particolarmente sensibile a questa tematica e si è più volte espressa sulla necessità di tutelare il valore delle prestazioni, anche in occasione dei famigerati "bandi a compenso zero" pubblicati a più riprese dalla pubblica amministrazione e da noi duramente criticati".   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
