AGEVOLAZIONI PER IL SOSTEGNO ALLA NASCITA, CONSOLIDAMENTO E SVILUPPO DI SOCIETà COOPERATIVE: DOMANDE DAL 23 APRILE


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 84 dell'8-04-2021 è stato pubblicato il Decreto 31 marzo 2021 del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico con i termini e le modalità di presentazione delle domande per l'accesso alle agevolazioni per il sostegno pubblico alla nascita, al consolidamento e allo sviluppo di società cooperative di piccola e media dimensione. La misura, in particolare, sostiene le società cooperative di produzione e lavoro attive in tutti i settori produttivi con sede sul territorio nazionale attraverso finanziamenti agevolati, che hanno una durata non superiore a 10 anni, sono regolati a un tasso di interesse pari allo zero per cento e possono coprire l'intero importo dei nuovi investimenti. Possono beneficiare delle agevolazioni le società cooperative: regolarmente costituite e iscritte nel registro delle imprese. Le società cooperative che non dispongono di una sede legale e/o operativa nel territorio italiano devono essere costituite secondo le norme di diritto civile e commerciale vigenti nello Stato di residenza e iscritte nel relativo registro delle imprese; per i predetti soggetti la disponibilità di almeno una sede operativa sul territorio italiano deve essere dimostrata alla data di richiesta della prima erogazione dell'agevolazione, pena la decadenza dal beneficio, fermo restando che gli investimenti di cui all'art. 3 devono essere realizzati nel territorio nazionale;  che si trovano nel pieno e libero esercizio dei propri diritti, non siano in stato di scioglimento o liquidazione, non siano sottoposte a procedure concorsuali e che non si trovano in condizioni tali da risultare impresa in difficoltà, così come individuata dal regolamento di esenzione;  operanti in tutti i settori produttivi.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
