ONLINE LE ATTESTAZIONI FISCALI VERSAMENTI 2020 PER ONERI DA RISCATTO, RICONGIUNZIONE E RENDITA


Con il Messaggio n. 1559 del 15 aprile l'Inps informa che sul Portale dei Pagamenti sono state pubblicate le attestazioni fiscali dei versamenti effettuati nel 2020 per gli oneri da riscatto, ricongiunzione o rendita. In particolare, l’accesso con codice fiscale e numero di pratica permette di visualizzare e stampare l’attestazione fiscale relativa a una singola pratica di riscatto, ricongiunzione o rendita; l’autenticazione tramite le proprie credenziali, invece, consente di visualizzare e stampare l’attestazione fiscale relativa a una o più pratiche. Le attestazioni fiscali relative ai pagamenti effettuati dagli iscritti al Fondo Pensioni Lavoratori dello Spettacolo e al Fondo Pensioni Sportivi Professionisti, che non dovessero essere disponibili sul Portale dei Pagamenti, precisa l'Istituto, potranno essere richieste utilizzando la casella di posta elettronica polospecialisticopals.roma@inps.it. Inoltre, viene ancora precisato nel Messaggio, che le attestazioni fiscali relative ai versamenti effettuati in forma rateale dagli Enti datori di lavoro pubblici per conto dei dipendenti iscritti alle Gestioni ex INPDAP non sono presenti sul Portale dei Pagamenti, in quanto gli Enti predetti, quali sostituti d’imposta, operano la deduzione fiscale alla fonte. E' invece possibile la visualizzazione dei versamenti effettuati direttamente dagli interessati, accedendo al sito dell’Istituto, mediante il seguente percorso: “Prestazioni e servizi” > “Servizi” > “Gestione dipendenti pubblici: servizi per Lavoratori e Pensionati” > “Accedi” > “Servizi GDP” > per “Area Tematica” > “Contributi e Versamenti” > “Consultazione” > “Versamenti Consultazione”. Qualora vengano riscontrate discordanze tra importi attestati e importi versati, conclude l'Inps, è sempre possibile richiedere la rettifica del documento.   Fonte: https://www.inps.it

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
