DL SOSTEGNI: CHIARIMENTI SULLA DETERMINAZIONE DEL CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO I SOGGETTI "START-UP"


L'Agenzia delle Entrate, a seguito di segnalazioni da parte di operatori e associazioni di categoria ed al fine di una più puntuale interpretazione sulla determinazione del valore del contributo a fondo perduto (art. 1 del DL "Sostegni") per i soggetti "start up" che hanno attivato la partita IVA a partire dal 1°gennaio 2019, ha pubblicato il Provvedimento del 29 marzo 2021, che modifica il precedente provvedimento del 23 marzo andando a rivedere e perfezionare le regole per la determinazione del suddetto contributo. In particolare l'Agenzia chiarisce che, per i soggetti che hanno attivato la partita IVA a partire dal 1° gennaio 2019, il contributo a fondo perduto spetta a prescindere dalla circostanza che essi abbiano registrato un calo del 30% della media mensile del fatturato del 2020 rispetto alla corrispondente media del 2019. Alla luce di quanto sopra l'Agenzia Entrate ha adeguato le istruzioni allegate al modello per la compilazione dell'istanza. Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
