CREDITO D'IMPOSTA SUGLI INVESTIMENTI PUBBLICITARI INCREMENTALI: L'ELENCO DEI SOGGETTI AMMESSI PER L'ANNO 2020


È stato adottato, il 25 marzo 2021, il decreto del Capo del Dipartimento per l'informazione e l'editoria che approva l’elenco dei soggetti ammessi a fruire del credito d’imposta sugli investimenti pubblicitari incrementali per l’anno 2020. Per la generalità dei soggetti ammessi, il credito d’imposta può essere fruito mediante compensazione da effettuare con il modello F24 attraverso i canali telematici dell’Agenzia Entrate, a decorrere dal quinto giorno lavorativo successivo alla pubblicazione del provvedimento e del relativo elenco allegato sul sito Internet del Dipartimento per l’informazione e l’editoria della Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri: www.informazioneeditoria.gov.it e sul sito Internet dell’Agenzia delle entrate: www.agenziaentrate.it. Per i soggetti ammessi alla fruizione di un credito superiore ad Euro 150.000,00, fatta salva l’ipotesi che il soggetto abbia dichiarato di essere iscritto negli elenchi dei fornitori, prestatori di servizi ed esecutori di lavori non soggetti a tentativo di infiltrazione mafiosa di cui all’articolo 1, comma 52, della legge 6 novembre 2012, n. 190 (per le categorie di operatori economici ivi previste) il credito d’imposta può essere fruito, mediante compensazione da effettuare con il modello F24 attraverso i canali telematici dell’Agenzia Entrate, a decorrere dal quinto giorno lavorativo successivo alla comunicazione individuale di abilitazione che sarà trasmessa a cura del Dipartimento per l’informazione e l’editoria, in esito alla procedura di consultazione della Banca Dati Nazionale Antimafia, e quindi dopo il rilascio dell’informazione antimafia liberatoria ovvero decorso il termine per il rilascio della stessa, sotto condizione risolutiva, ai sensi dell’art. 92, comma 3, del sopracitato decreto legislativo 6 settembre 2011, n. 159.

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
