Come evitare che le email importanti finiscano in cartella SPAM o Promozioni


Il servizio supporto di AteneoWeb risponde spesso a segnalazioni di utenti che lamentano la mancata ricezione delle nostre newsletter o comunicazioni importanti.Suggeriamo alcuni semplici passaggi, prendendo come esempio il client web di Gmail ma facilmente generalizzabili agli altri sistemi di posta elettronica, per risolvere una volta per tutte il problema. Prima di entrare in dettaglio su come evitare che mail importanti ci sfuggano, chiariamo cosa sono e a cosa servono le cartelle "Posta in arrivo", "Promozioni" e "SPAM". Posta in arrivo: in questa cartella vengono recapitati tutti i messaggi personali che è bene tenere in evidenza per non rischiare di perdere comunicazioni importanti; Promozioni: qui, sempre secondo le intenzioni di Gmail, dovrebbero essere recapitati i messaggi non "personali", cioè promozionali o non espressamente inviati al destinatario; SPAM: in questa cartella Google e gli altri client di posta dovrebbero mettere tutti i messaggi che l'utente non vorrebbe ricevere (secondo algoritimi di valutazione di Gmail in parte influenzabili dall'utente). Il problema è che a volte, indipendemente dalla volontà dell'utente e dalle impostazioni degli algoritmi automatici di Gmail, qualche messaggio sfugge alle regole e viene spostato nella cartella SPAM, con il concreto rischio per l'utente di non essere visto. Statisiche recenti indicano infatti che oltre il 70% degli utenti non controlla quasi mai la cartella SPAM alla ricerca di falsi positivi, oppure la svuota senza neanche guardarla. Ma vediamo alcuni semplici passaggi utili per evitare che i nostri messaggi importanti siano recapitati nella cartella SPAM o Promozioni. Accedi alla pagina "Impostazioni" di Gmail Seleziona "Tutte le impostazioni" Seleziona "Filtri e indirizzi bloccati" Seleziona "Crea un nuovo filtro" Nel campo "From" digita gli indirizzi email comunicazioni@ateneoweb.com, staff@ateneoweb.com Poi clicca su "Crea filtro" Seleziona le opzioni "Non inviare mai a Spam" e "Applica categoria: Principale" e concludi cliccando su "Crea filtro" Finito!
