EROGAZIONI LIBERALI COVID-19: LA DETRAZIONE PUò ESSERE RICONOSCIUTA IN SEDE DI CONGUAGLIO


L'articolo 66 del decreto "Cura Italia" convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 24 aprile 2020, n. 27, ha previsto una detrazione dall'imposta pari al 30%, per un importo non superiore a 30.000 euro, per le erogazioni liberali in denaro e in natura, effettuate nell'anno 2020 dalle persone fisiche e dagli enti non commerciali, in favore dello Stato, delle regioni, degli enti locali territoriali, di enti o istituzioni pubbliche, di fondazioni e associazioni legalmente riconosciute senza scopo di lucro, finalizzate a finanziare gli interventi in materia di contenimento e gestione dell'emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19. Con la Risposta n. 138 del 3 marzo 2021 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha chiarito che il  datore di lavoro-sostituto d'imposta può riconoscere la suddetta detrazione ai lavoratori dipendenti in sede di conguaglio.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
