Dl 125/2020: termini di pagamento delle cartelle sospesi fino al 31 dicembre


È stato approvato in via definitiva anche dalla Camera, e attende ora solo la pubblicazione in Gazzetta Ufficiale, il disegno di legge n. 2779, di conversione del D.L. 7 ottobre 2020, n. 125, contenente misure urgenti connesse con la proroga della dichiarazione dello stato di emergenza epidemiologica da Covid-19. Nella legge di conversione è confluito anche il D.L. n. 129/2020, contestualmente abrogato. Le principali misure in sintesi: sono sospesi fino al 31 dicembre 2020 i termini di pagamento delle entrate tributarie e non tributarie relative a cartelle esattoriali ed avvisi di accertamento esecutivi, comprese le rateazioni. Tutti i pagamenti sospesi dovranno essere effettuati in un’unica soluzione entro il 31 gennaio 2021. per i piani di rateazione presentati dall’8 marzo 2020 al 31 dicembre 2020, sarà possibile usufruire della decadenza “allargata”, che si verifica con il mancato pagamento di 10 rate (anziché 5), anche non consecutive. sono prorogati di dodici mesi i termini di decadenza e prescrizione in scadenza nel 2021 per la notifica delle cartelle di pagamento da parte dell’agente della riscossione. è prorogato al 30 aprile 2021 il termine di validità dei documenti di riconoscimento e di identità rilasciati da amministrazioni pubbliche, con scadenza dal 31 gennaio 2020.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
