INPS: cumulo della pensione con i redditi da lavoro autonomo - dichiarazione reddituale


Con il  messaggio n. 4231 del 12 novembre 2020 L'INPS comunica quali sono i pensionati tenuti a dichiarare entro il 30 novembre 2020 i redditi da lavoro autonomo conseguiti nell'anno 2019: Sono esclusi dall'obbligo di dichiarazione dei i redditi da lavoro autonomo conseguiti nell'anno 2019 unicamente i seguenti soggetti: i titolari di pensione e assegno di invalidità avente decorrenza compresa entro il 31 dicembre 1994; i titolari di pensione di vecchiaia. i titolari di pensione di vecchiaia liquidata nel sistema contributivo, i titolari di pensione di anzianità e di trattamento di prepensionamento a carico dell'assicurazione generale obbligatoria e delle forme sostitutive ed esclusive della medesima, i titolari di pensione o assegno di invalidità a carico dell'assicurazione generale obbligatoria dei lavoratori dipendenti, delle forme di previdenza esonerative, esclusive, sostitutive della medesima, delle gestioni previdenziali dei lavoratori autonomi con un'anzianità contributiva pari o superiore a 40 anni. Ai fini dei 40 anni è utile anche la contribuzione relativa a periodi successivi alla decorrenza della pensione, purché già utilizzata per la liquidazione di supplementi Redditi da dichiarare I redditi da lavoro autonomo devono essere dichiarati al netto dei contributi previdenziali e assistenziali e al lordo delle ritenute erariali. Il reddito d'impresa deve essere dichiarato al netto anche delle eventuali perdite deducibili imputabili all'anno di riferimento del reddito. Modalità di presentazione della dichiarazione Il pensionato può accedere alle prestazioni e ai servizi dell'Istituto tramite il sito www.inps.it utilizzando il codice PIN dispositivo o il Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale (SPID), oltre alla Carta Nazionale dei Servizi (CNS) o alla Carta di Identità Elettronica (CIE).

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
