Pubblicato il nuovo DPCM con le misure restrittive


E' arrivato nella notte tra il 12 e il 13 ottobre, dopo un confronto tra Governo e rappresentanti delle Regioni, il nuovo D.P.C.M. contenente le nuove misure per il contenimento del Covid-19, che troveranno applicazione dal 14 ottobre fino al 13 novembre 2020. Il decreto dispone: la chiusura delle attività dei servizi di ristorazione (fra cui bar, pub, ristoranti, gelaterie, pasticcerie) dalle ore 24.00 con servizio al tavolo e dalle ore 21.00 in assenza di servizio al tavolo. Divieto di consumazione sul posto o nelle adiacenze dei locali dopo le ore 21.00, fermo restando l'obbligo di rispettare la distanza di sicurezza interpersonale di almeno un metro; lo stop per tutti gli sport di contatto a livello amatoriale. Rimangono consentite attività sportive a livello dilettantistico per le società che abbiano adottato protocolli per limitare i contagi; ulteriori restrizioni per le feste conseguenti a cerimonie civili e religiose (come matrimoni e comunioni), che devono svolgersi con un limite massimo di 30 partecipanti e nel rispetto dei protocolli e delle linee guida vigenti. Stop alle feste private, con una "forte raccomandazione" a limitare anche quelle in casa, se partecipano più di sei persone non conviventi. Restano comunque sospese le attività che abbiano luogo in sale da ballo e discoteche e locali assimilati, all'aperto o al chiuso; sospesi i viaggi d'istruzione, le iniziative di scambio o gemellaggio, le visite guidate e le uscite didattiche comunque denominate, programmate dalle istituzioni scolastiche di ogni ordine e grado; rimangono consentiti fiere e congressi, previa adozione di Protocolli validati dal Comitato tecnico-scientifico, e secondo misure organizzative adeguate alle dimensioni ed alle caratteristiche dei luoghi e tali da garantire ai frequentatori la possibilità di rispettare la distanza interpersonale di almeno un metro. Viene confermato l'obbligo di avere sempre con sè dispositivi di protezione delle vie respiratorie e di indossarli all'aperto e in tutti i luoghi di prossimità con persone non conviventi, con l'ulteriore raccomandazione di utilizzarli, in tale ultimo caso, anche nelle abitazioni private. Sono fatti salvi i protocolli e le linee guida anti-contagio previsti per le attività economiche, produttive, amministrative e sociali. Specifiche esclusioni sono previste per i soggetti che stanno svolgendo attività sportiva, per i bambini di età inferiore ai sei anni, e per i soggetti con patologie o disabilità incompatibili con l'uso della mascherina, nonchè per coloro che per interagire con i predetti soggetti versino nella stessa incompatibilità. Tutte le attività produttive industriali e commerciali devono essere svolte in sicurezza rispettando le prescrizioni contenute nel protocollo condiviso di regolamentazione delle misure per il contrasto e il contenimento della diffusione del virus Covid-19 negli ambienti di lavoro, sottoscritto il 24 aprile 2020 fra il Governo e le parti sociali, nonché quelle specifiche per i rispettivi ambiti di competenza. Per quanto riguarda le attività professionali si continua a raccomandare l'utilizzo della modalità di lavoro agile (smart working), ove possano essere svolte al proprio domicilio o in modalità a distanza.
