Credito d'imposta per gli investimenti pubblicitari: la scadenza al 30 settembre


L'articolo 186 del Decreto Rilancio ha modificato l'articolo 57-bis del d.l. n. 50/2017 rafforzando il credito d'imposta conosciuto come "Bonus pubblicità". Per il 2020 è attribuito alle imprese, ai lavoratori autonomi e agli enti non commerciali che effettuano investimenti in campagne pubblicitarie sulla stampa quotidiana e periodica anche on line e sulle emittenti televisive e radiofoniche locali, analogiche o digitali, un credito d'imposta, pari al 50% del valore degli investimenti effettuati (originariamente previsto nella misura del 30% ). Il credito d'imposta è riconosciuto sul complesso degli investimenti pubblicitari effettuati nel 2020 (precedentemente era solo sugli investimenti incrementali). Per l'anno 2020, la comunicazione telematica di prenotazione per l'accesso al credito può essere presentata tra il 1° e il 30 settembre 2020; restano comunque valide quelle già presentate tra il 1° e il 31 marzo 2020. Per fruire del credito d'imposta, i soggetti interessati devono presentare: la "Comunicazione per l'accesso al credito d'imposta", prevista dall'articolo 5, comma 1, del D.P.C.M. n. 90 del 2018, contenente i dati degli investimenti effettuati o da effettuare nell'anno agevolato la "Dichiarazione sostitutiva relativa agli investimenti effettuati" per dichiarare, ai sensi dell'articolo 47 del decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 28 dicembre 2000, n. 445, che gli investimenti indicati nella comunicazione per l'accesso al credito d'imposta, presentata in precedenza, sono stati effettivamente realizzati nell'anno agevolato e che gli stessi soddisfano i requisiti di cui all'articolo 3 del D.P.C.M. n. 90 del 2018 e, per l'anno 2020, di cui all'articolo di cui all'articolo 57-bis, comma 1-ter, del D.L. n. 50 del 2017.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
