Tasse università private e detraibilità - Pubblicato il decreto MIUR


L'articolo 15 del DPR 917/1986 modificato dalla Legge 28.12.2015 n. 208 prevede che "la detraibilita' delle spese per frequenza di corsi di istruzione universitaria presso università statali e non statali, in misura non superiore, per le universita' non statali, a quella stabilita annualmente con decreto del Ministero dell'istruzione, dell'universita' e della ricerca da emanare entro il 31 dicembre, tenendo conto degli importi medi delle tasse e contributi dovuti alle universita' statali". Il decreto Gli importi massimi delle tasse di iscrizione alle università non statali, ai fini della detrazione nella dichiarazione dei redditi da presentare nel 2020 e relativa ai redditi conseguiti nel 2019 sono stati quindi oggetto del Decreto del Ministero dell'Istruzione dell'Università e della Ricerca datato 19 dicembre 2019 e pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 34 dell'11 febbraio 2020. Gli importi massimi delle tasse annuali sui quali calcolare il 19% di detrazione sono riporatti nella tabella che segue. TASSE UNIVERSITARIE Area disciplinare Nord Centro Sud e Isole Medica 3.700,00 2.900,00 1.800,00 Sanitaria 2.600,00 2.200,00 1.600,00 Scientifico-Tecnologica 3.500,00 2.400,00 1.600,00 Umanistico-Sociale 2.800,00 2.300,00 1.500,00 CORSI POST-LAUREA Corsi di dottorato, specializzazione, master universitari di primo e secondo livello Nord 3.700,00 Centro 2.900,00 Sud e Isole 1.800,00 All'importo massimo riportato nelle tabelle di cui sopra va sommato l'importo della tassa regionale per il diritto alo studio (art. 3 Legge 28.12.1995 n. 549). Per determinare l'importo massimo detraibile occorre pertanto avere riguardo alla zona geografica, nonché all'area disciplinare individuabile attraverso le tabelle sotto riporatate, allegate al D.MIUR 19/12/2019.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
