L'EVASIONE DI IMU-TASI, TARI E ACQUA VALE 7,6 MILIARDI DI EURO L'ANNO


A denunciarlo è la CGIA di Mestre, con un approfondimento pubblicato lo scorso 6 dicembre sul proprio sito internet. E a pagare il conto di tutto questo sono i Comuni e le società che si occupano della gestione dei rifiuti urbani o che erogano il servizio idrico, spesso controllate dalle stesse Amministrazioni comunali dove operano. A seguito dell'elaborazione degli ultimi dati disponibili del Ministero degli Interni (per Imu-Tasi), Laboratorio REF Ricerche, CRIF Ratings (per la Tari) e Utilitatis (per l'acqua) la CGIA ha inatti stimato un'evasione di 7,6 miliardi di euro all'anno, tra il mancato pagamento dell'Imu-Tasi, della Tari e delle bollette dell'acqua. "Se una gran parte di questi mancati pagamenti fosse recuperato, molto probabilmente ci sarebbe la possibilità di abbassare le tasse locali e le tariffe dell'acqua a tutti. Soprattutto nel Mezzogiorno che presenta un'incidenza sul mancato pagamento totale pari al 40 per cento: 10,5 punti in più della media registrata al Centro e 11 in più rispetto a quella del Nord", ha affermato il coordinatore dell'Ufficio studi della CGIA, Paolo Zabeo.
