D.L. 124/2019: Fatturazione elettronica e corrispettivi per prestazioni sanitarie


La fatturazione elettronica L'articolo 15 del D.L. 124/2019 proroga a tutto il 2020 il divieto di emettere la fattura elettronica in ambito sanitario, per i soggetti tenuti all'invio dei dati al Sistema Tessera Sanitaria, si tratta in pratica del divieto di emettere la FTE nei confronti di soggetti "privati", rammentando che il D.L. 14/12/2018 n. 135 (art. 9 bis comma 2) aveva inoltre previsto che il divieto si applicava anche ai soggetti che non sono tenuti all'invio dei dati al Sistema tessera sanitaria, con riferimento alle fatture relative alle prestazioni sanitarie effettuate nei confronti delle persone fisiche. Dal 1° luglio 2020 la trasmissione di corrispettivi per le prestazioni sanitarie Il comma 2 dell'art. 15 del D.L. 124/2019 va invece a modificare l'art. 2 comma 6 quater del D.lgs. 5/8/2015 n. 127: per quanto di nostra comprensione dal 1° luglio 2020 i soggetti tenuti all'invio dei dati al Sistema Tessera Sanitaria effettueranno l'invio dei dati con l'utilizzo dei "nuovi registratori di cassa" in grado di trasmettere telematicamente i dati relativi ai corrispettivi giornalieri; considerato la tipologia dei dati da trasmettere e le codifiche richieste dal Sistema Tessera Sanitaria è necessario che vengano forniti gli indispensabili chiarimenti da parte dell'Agenzia delle Entrate; in particolare i professionisti sono soggetti obbligati ad emettere fattura e non possono istituire il registro dei corrispettivi, il documento commerciale (cioè il nuovo scontrino) integrato dal codice fiscale del paziente sarà quindi documento sostitutivo della fattura?

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
