MUTUI IPOTECARI: I DATI DELL'OMI


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato il Rapporto mutui ipotecari 2019, a cura dell'Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare, che analizza gli archivi delle iscrizioni ipotecarie gestite nell'ambito della pubblicità immobiliare ed, in particolare, il complesso dei finanziamenti concessi a fronte di garanzia ipotecaria su immobili e fornisce informazioni sulla destinazione di utilizzo di tali finanziamenti. Nel documento sono esposti i principali dati di consuntivo del 2018 relativi al flusso di nuovi mutui e viene riportata l'evoluzione delle serie storiche delle variabili considerate a partire dall'anno 2004. Nel corso del 2018 sono stati sottoscritti e registrati complessivamente circa 420 mila atti di iscrizione ipotecaria, per un totale di 100 miliardi di capitale di debito finanziato a fronte di 950.926 immobili concessi in garanzia.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
