PIENAMENTE OPERATIVI I NUOVI PIANI INDIVIDUALI DI RISPARMIO (PIR)


E' stato pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 105 del 7 maggio 2019, il decreto 30 aprile 2019, firmato dal Ministro dello Sviluppo Economico di concerto con il Ministro dell'Economia e delle Finanze, che rende pienamente operativi i nuovi Piani Individuali di Risparmio (PIR). La novità, introdotta dalla Legge di Bilancio 2019, è legata al fatto che le agevolazioni fiscali sono collegate a una quota d'investimenti dedicati a Start-up e PMI innovative. Con questo provvedimento, pertanto, si regolamentano le modalità e i criteri di investimento in PMI che dovranno essere effettuati in parte in strumenti finanziari ammessi alle negoziazioni nei sistemi multilaterali e in parte in quote o azioni di fondi per il venture capital, ovvero organismi di investimento collettivo del risparmio (OICR) che investono almeno il 70 per cento dell'attivo nelle predette imprese. Le nuove disposizioni si applicheranno ai PIR costituiti a decorrere dal 1° gennaio 2019, mentre per i PIR costituiti fino al 2018 continuerà invece ad applicarsi la disciplina previgente con la possibilità di adeguamento del portafoglio di investimento alla nuova disciplina.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
