Decreto agosto: esonero contributivo sulle nuove assunzioni - (ART. 6 D.L. N. 104/2020)


Tra le misure previste dal governo a sostegno della ripresa economica, in risposta al crollo dei livelli occupazionali conseguenti all'emergenza sanitaria Covid - 19, con il Decreto Agosto è stato introdotto un esonero contributivo di 6 mesi sulle nuove assunzioni effettuate a partire dal 15 agosto 2020 ed entro la fine del 2020. Ecco in sintesi le principali caratteristiche. Per quali assunzioni è previsto l'esonero? Come di consueto l'agevolazione si applica solo sulle assunzioni a tempo indeterminato (e anche sulle trasformazioni da tempo determinato a indeterminato), con esclusione dei contratti di apprendistato e dei contratti di lavoro domestico. L'esonero non può essere goduto per i soggetti che sono già stati occupati a tempo indeterminato presso lo stesso datore di lavoro nei sei mesi precedenti. L'esonero non si applica ai datori di lavoro del settore agricolo. In cosa consiste l'esonero? Per le assunzioni che rientrano nelle casistiche previste dall'agevolazione, il datore di lavoro potrà godere dell'esonero totale dei contributi previdenziali a suo carico, con esclusione dei premi e contributi dovuti all'Inail, nel limite massimo di un importo di esonero pari a 8.060 euro su base annua, riparametrato e applicato su base mensile (l'esonero massimo sarà quindi pari a 671,66 euro al mese per lavoratore assunto). La misura è cumulabile con altri esoneri o riduzioni delle aliquote di finanziamento previsti dalla normativa vigente, nei limiti della contribuzione previdenziale dovuta. Si rimane in attesa di apposita circolare INPS per definirne le modalità di fruizione.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
