Adeguamento agli ISA: in qualche caso il gatto che si morde la coda


Un professionista, con spese di rappresentanza deducibili al 75%, risulta non in linea con gli indici di affidabilità, è sotto il 6, e decide di integrare i compensi dichiarati, non perché abbia evaso ma perché non vorrebbe incorrere in controlli, così almeno sostiene l'interessato. Si prova e controprova e si decide di integrare i compensi dichiarati di 2.400 euro, così da prendere almeno la sufficienza; fatto il calcolo ISA ed integrati i compensi della suddetta somma, uscendo dalla procedura degli ISA viene riportata una segnalazione: il reddito del quadro RE non quadra con il reddito ISA, differenza euro 24: oibò devo aver inserito qualche cifra nel quadro ISA o nel quadro RE che non funziona, questo signore ha anche 24 euro di altri proventi, oltre i compensi percepiti, proprio l'identica somma per cui si verifica la sfasatura tra quadro RE e ISA. Spunta, fai, rifai, controlla, ricontrolla e ciò che mi frulla in testa sono questi 24 euro di altri proventi, ma è strano, sono altri proventi nel quadro RE e sono altri proventi nel quadro ISA, perché questi 24 euro mi fanno dannare, su una dichiarazione per niente complicata. Quasi fuso il cervello si risolve il mistero: aumentando nel quadro RE i compensi, per effetto dell'integrazione sopra indicata, aumenta la deducibilità delle spese di rappresentanza, guarda caso di 24 euro, ma non posso farci nulla, i dati sono esatti: che soluzione adottare? Ho quindi riportato la parte deducibile delle spese di rappresentanza nelle spese di partecipazione a convegni, rigo RE17 spese di formazione, in modo da risolvere il problema. Poi un altro problema è costituito dal fatto che sui 2.400 euro di maggiori compensi da adeguamento ISA, pur essendo barrata la casella operazioni esenti, il software mi calcola anche 528 euro di iva al 22%, ma questo è più facilmente risolvibile. Un gatto che si morde la coda, ma succedeva già con gli studi di settore.
